When a person passes away, they leave behind their estate consisting of their monies and property.

Probate is the process of validating the Will and appointing someone to manage the deceased’s estate.

Once Probate is completed, the process of calling in your assets and executing the wishes in your Will begins. This is called Estate Administration.
